Welcome to the 2024-25 Competitive Travel Team Registration with SB4U Academy!

Dear Parents,

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up your child for participation and submit ($500 - One Time Annual Player Registration Payment) in order to be part of SB4U Academy for a FULL YEAR  that consist of ( Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer seasons).

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

  • KEEP IN MIND: (Monthly Training Fee $225 for 3 times per week training ) is separate from the One Time Annual Player Registration Fee!

Payment Breakdown

  • $500 One Time Annual Player Registration payment must be paid ONLINE IN FULL: Submit the fee online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. 
  • Monthly Training PAYMENT PLAN: Monthly training fee: $225 is Due on the 1st of each month and No Later than 15th of each month.

NOTE: Late Fee: $25 will be added to any payments received after the 15th. 

We accept cash in the envelope with a child's name on it, check made out to SB4U given to coach Ernest.

Team Player Uniform Package

 

  • Mandatory Items:  (2 Jerseys Lime Home & Blue Away, Blue Shorts, Blue Socks, Teal Training Jersey)
  • Optional Items:  (Warm-Up Jacket, Pants, Bag )

All uniforms are to be ordered online by each Individual parent / player on soccer.com online store name ” SB4U Academy”
